Why I practice immigration law
I came from China as an international student. I sat through the visa process myself — the waiting, the rules, the not-knowing. That is why I practice immigration law in San Jose.
The firm's name, 赢众 (Yingzhong), means "winning for the people." I still prepare each case as if my own status depended on it, because I remember when mine did. After 10+ years on immigration work, the files I take are mostly EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, and H-1B.
